2022 and Beyond for Business Optimizer

I’m proud to say that we had an outstanding 2021 and were able to improve many different parts of our software, workflow, and services. Now that January is coming to an end we’re moving forward onto the next stage of Business Optimizer’s journey.

My vision for 2022 is something I’ve been wanting to do for years.

Plugins & Apps by Business Optimizer

First we’re going to begin launching plugins/apps on different platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) We have a list of plugins we’re currently working on and a separate list of ones we’d like to release at some point.

Optimizer Dash & Theme

We haven’t fully fleshed this out yet, but are considering releasing our Optimizer Dash and Optimizer Theme to be licensed to other developers. Our dash and theme are a big core of our business and have helped us build extreme efficiency into our development process. This in turn has made it so we can build websites faster, better, and much more optimized for long-term growth for businesses.

Client Reporting

Starting the middle of next week, all of our clients will receive access to a client reporting dashboard. From here they will get to see all of the most important parts of what we’re doing for them, as well as get a true insight into how their business is performing online. This is also setup as a catch-all so that our clients don’t miss any important leads. I’ve learned throughout the years that the more precautions there are, the better.

Business Optimizer Tools & Resources

We’re going to be doing very deep dives into various different tools and resources that we as a company and our clients have used throughout the years. This will be the first big shift of Business Optimizer getting more involved in creating content that new and outdated businesses can use to advance themselves.

Plans & Pricing

This shift already started in January, but I’m writing about it anyhow. We now have public pricing listed on our website and all of our partner sites. This makes it completely transparent as to what you’re receiving with us and how much that’s going to cost.

Video Series

I’ve wanted to do this for years and 2022 is going to be a major jump into various different video series. One of my favorite ones is called “How Do You Search?”, which is a Q&A with potential prospects to get proof that most end up going to Google or looking for the domain name of the business. Then after they find the business, what are the most important aspects of them contacting that business.

Podcast

At the end of 2021 I had planned to start a podcast, however instead what I’m going to put my attention towards is guest appearing in other peoples podcasts, YouTube videos, and websites. I feel at the moment this is the more responsible option for my time.

Partner Network

This is a big vision, we currently own over 25 partner websites in various cities around the country. As I start to travel around the country this year (my first trip starts in March) I’m going to be networking and connecting with locals. Without going too far into this now, we’re going to be finding sales reps and partner companies where we can license our services/plugins/themes.

Commission for Team Members

Starting sometime in the first or second quarter of 2022 we are going to be sharing commission with our developers. As our workload increases we’re happy to give them a bonus for being apart of Business Optimizer.

Moving into Print & Design

I’m into the process of working with different printers and designers to streamline how we can help businesses by providing the best quality. We will be a bit strict with these services (we won’t be printing low quality business cards for example) and I’m excited to see as we go deeper.

And finally…

Business Optimizer is Not Just a Web Design Company Anymore

Many of our clients know this, but for those that aren’t current clients I have a deep understand of various parts of business. Whether it be organization, workflow, hiring, hierarchy, advertising, etc. I help many of our clients in these areas. Going forward we have plans to become more involved in various business strategies and practices to help our clients.

Thank you all so much for your support throughout the years and I look forward to having our company, Business Optimizer, provide the best quality services that we can!
