Agreement – Signed via PandaDocs.

Website Finalization – Scheduled via Calendly through Zoom (or accessed directly in Basecamp).
Website Launch.
Website Submission – Submitted to search engines.
Campaigns Begin – Website Team, SEO Team, and/or Marketing Team initiate their work.
Question 2: What payment methods do you accept?
We invoice via FreshBooks with processing via FreshBooks Payments (powered by Stripe).
Accepted payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express
Apple Pay, ACH Bank Transfer
On a case-by-case basis, we accept mailed checks.
Question 3: How long does it take to build my website?
Depending on website size, a website could launch within 1 day of presentation.
The most common timeframe for website launches is 1-3 weeks post-presentation.
We recommend launching as soon as the website is better structured than the previous one.
Question 4: Do I own my website?
The client owns the website 100% upon final payment.
If a 10-month payment plan is chosen, ownership is granted after the final payment.
Non-payment results in the website being shut down; no refunds are provided.
