The client owns the website 100% upon final payment.

If a 10-month payment plan is chosen, ownership is granted after the final payment.

I appreciate the engaging animations and the clear display of their phone number, but I suggest enhancing the visibility of their services and location. The construction page lacks design and context, and I recommend adding hover effects and larger images throughout the site. I also point out the need for updated information in the footer and consistency in the contact forms.
