The ways the review helps them range from increasing their exposure in the search engines, improving their reputation, and helping them grow their business.
What Should You Say In The Review?
If you’re going to write a review for a small business, then it helps them for you to include a few key things in your review. These include:
- How did the small business fulfill your need?
- Do you remember the name of the person that helped you? If so, including their name can help them in their position.
- Would you recommend the business to friends and family?
- If possible, include a picture
Many small businesses struggle getting reviews from their customers, taking a few minutes to write a review for them will help them significantly. Think about it, they may have hundreds of customers however a very small percentage will take the time to help them. If they’ve done a good job, share your review publicly and let them know.

You can find their review pages by simply going to Google and typing their business name, city, and the review network name.
