Before Business Optimizer, Justin worked in landscaping, roofing, flooring, construction, and at UPS. That experience shapes his respect for the work contractors do and the time it takes to run a business. Traveling across the country has added perspective on the communities our clients serve. As an involved dad, he puts family at the center of the life he is building—and wants marketing to support a business owner’s goals, rather than consume their day.
Justin started in late 2009 and officially launched Business Optimizer in 2010. Since then, we’ve worked with over 500 companies and over 3,000 entrepreneurs, and been a partner to over 23 companies. Justin leads Business Optimizer’s approach to AI-assisted web design, SEO, advertising, automation, and marketing strategy. He connects the technology with human judgment, client feedback, and the goals of the business. His focus is to make the next decision concrete: look at the work, understand the priorities, and build a practical plan together.
